Responsibilities

• Perform testing per procedures and evaluate tested samples in accordance with pass/fail criteria as specified by customers or governing spec.
• Testing requirements vary and may include placement of samples into exposure chambers, metallurgical evaluations, or mechanical testing.
• Performance of non-exposure testing, including adhesion, bend, abrasion, gloss, chip, and others as necessary.
• Comply with all Assured Testing Services policies, ISO standards, safety procedures, and maintain clean, orderly laboratory space.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Laboratory Manager

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for all assigned lab testing, equipment, and support activities. Lab technician must operate safely, quickly and in a manner of quality consistent with the requirements of accreditations of the laboratory.

This is a Temporary, first shift, on-site role at the Assured Testing Services facility in Ridgway, PA.
