Celerion's Lincoln, NE location is hiring a part-time Lab Technician / Associate Analyst to join the Molecular and Cellular Biology team. The role supports biological sample processing, reagent preparation, analytical testing, and data documentation in a fast-paced lab environment.

Starting wage is $20.50/hour with performance‑based increases; training is about 30 hours/week for 4–5 weeks, then ~20 hours/week with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in microbiology/biochem/biology or related field
• Experience with sterile technique in a biosafety cabinet
• Pipetting experience; ~2–3 hours daily, up to 8 hours occasionally
• Basic computer skills; data entry ≈50% of each shift
• GLP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and extract biological samples (blood, urine, plasma, feces) manually and via automation
• Prepare solutions and reagents
• Record and document test data in notebooks and electronic systems
• Support PBMC harvesting and processing
• Perform analytical analysis to support flow cytometry and PCR analysis
• Maintain strong attention to detail while completing repetitive, precise laboratory tasks

Celerion’s Lincoln, NE location is hiring a part‑time Lab Technician / Associate Analyst to join our Molecular and Cellular Biology team. This role is ideal for someone with experience with sterile technique, strong pipetting skills, and a flexible schedule that can adapt as business needs change.

In this role, you will support biological sample processing, reagent preparation, analytical testing, and data documentation in a fast‑paced lab setting. As you gain independence over your first 3–6 months, your schedule will become more variable to support evening and weekend shifts. If your life outside work allows you to say “yes” when the schedule shifts, you’ll thrive in this role.

• Strong attention to detail and self‑motivation
