Job Details:

Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Location: Monroeville PA 15146

Payrate: $20 - $22/hr, on W2

Duration: 06+ Months (possibility of extension)

Schedule: 7 pm to 5 am, 4 days a week. The days will be Mon-Thurs night or Tues - Fri night.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

1. Under supervision, monitor the process and conditions of laboratory scale reactors and other equipment according to a planned schedule.
2. Communicate observations and conditions of reactors to technical staff on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Reliable, good communicator, with some knowledge of laboratory settings.
• Experience with operating temperature controller units is preferred.
• Reliability and effective communication skills are key.
• This is an entry-level position.
