Job summary

ALS Group USA, Corp is seeking a full-time Laboratory Technician to perform a variety of tests, calibrations, and data entry in a fast-paced laboratory setting. You will follow SOPs, maintain instrumentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or lab experience, knowledge of good laboratory practices, and the ability to thrive in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or laboratory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of good laboratory practice.
• Comfortable in high paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests as outlined by the SOPs.
• Perform all scheduled calibrations, standardization and SPC tests.
• Routinely maintain testing instrumentation.
• Complete paperwork used to track tests and their validity.
• Load data for tests performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Accurately record personal production and meet production requirements.
• Route samples for additional testing as outlined by SOPs.
• Store and dispose of samples properly.
• Comply with local and corporate QA policies and ISO 17025 requirements.
