Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Andrology, Endocrinology, Embryology) to join the Jacksonville, Florida team. The role includes semen analysis, sperm processing for IUI/IVF, endocrine testing, and embryology duties within a cooperative, patient-focused environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays; on-site role with opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized fertility network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, chemistry, reproductive biology, medical technology, or a related field.
• Copies of degrees, transcripts, certifications, training records, and references required.
• Experience in andrology, endocrinology, human IVF, or reproductive medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR or laboratory information systems.
• Fluency in English required for documentation and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen analysis and sperm processing for IUI/IVF.
• Perform cryopreservation, storage, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain quality-control and readiness in the andrology lab.
• Enter data into EMR and lab systems; ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses regarding specimen status and testing workflow.
• Maintain patient and laboratory records and documentation.
