Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte is hiring a Laboratory Technician to test finished beverage products and monitor water treatment for QA and regulatory compliance.

You will calibrate instruments, enter data, and help ensure measurement accuracy in a noisy, wet manufacturing environment with shift schedules including weekends. High school diploma or GED required; relevant lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow SOPs and work instructions
• Laboratory environment knowledge
• Basic microbial knowledge
• Excel and basic computer skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed
• Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform tests to ensure product and package quality meet specs
• Create holds on raw materials for investigations
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
• Record results in Altizon data system
• Perform water treatment quality tests per specs
• Create holds on finished beverages for containment and investigation
