Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample Management: Collect, process, store, and ship biological specimens (blood, urine, saliva) adhering strictly to trial protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Clinical Assessments: Perform vital signs, ECGs, and other protocol-specified procedural checks during participant visits.
  • Lab Operations: Prepare and maintain laboratory workstations, equipment, and supplies.
  • Documentation & Quality: Complete accurate source documentation, maintain protocol logs, and ensure strict SOP compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with clinical, lab, and data teams to safeguard study integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Proven clinical research lab experience beyond routine phlebotomy (specimen processing, freezing, shipping, protocol compliance, and logging)
