Job summary

Harba is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support research and product development. The role involves performing immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and related assays, preparing samples, and calibrating equipment in a regulated lab environment.

Responsibilities include strict GDP-compliant documentation, adherence to SOPs, and inventory management while collaborating with the team to hit project timelines.

Qualifications

  • BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field; equivalent laboratory experience considered.
  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant laboratory experience in a research environment.
  • Hands-on experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC) required.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment, chemical & analytical techniques, and equipment setup.
  • Comfortable working in a laboratory setting and handling hazardous materials safely.
  • Detail-oriented with high ethical standards in laboratory work.

  • Interpret and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
  • Maintain high quality standards while managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines.
