Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks a Laboratory Technician in Mount Olive, NJ, to follow SOPs and GLP guidelines while documenting observations for study directors. You will prepare reagents, wash glassware, and maintain a clean, organized lab with readily accessible supplies.

You will support sample preparation and processing, including weighing, extractions, centrifugation, and routine equipment calibration, utilizing balances and pipettes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience; experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with laboratory tools and techniques such as balances, pipettes, sample weighing, extractions, and centrifugation is beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, maintain accurate records, and attend carefully to experimental details.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
