Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Install and configure Smart DAS / NR-over-Coax equipment, RF components, network devices, and related hardware.
  • Perform cable routing, connectorization, labelling, and power-up activities at customer sites.
  • Verify RF performance, connectivity, and system health using standard telecom test tools.
  • Document test results and elevate anomalies to the engineering team.
  • Diagnose and resolve on-site hardware, cabling, connectivity, and basic RF/network issues.
  • Coordinate with remote engineering teams for advanced troubleshooting and software-related issues.
  • Work closely with client personnel, site contractors, and VVDN engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in telecom, wireless, network deployment, cable, or field service roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with cabling, RF/network equipment installation, and field troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of LTE/5G, DAS, coaxial systems, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to read deployment diagrams, site plans, and installation documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
