Job summary

• Experience in laboratory testing, microbiology, environmental monitoring.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP and quality documentation.
• Experience with validated test methods and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing to support manufacturing operations.
• Test incoming raw materials, in-process product solutions, final product solutions, utility systems, and sterilizer systems.
• Perform microbiological and environmental monitoring activities.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment.
• Follow SOPs, Standard Test Methods (STMs), specifications, and safety procedures.
• Accurately record and maintain test results, observations, laboratory records, and other required documentation.
• Ensure testing activities are performed in compliance with GMP/cGMP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Support investigations and communicate testing results or potential issues to the appropriate teams.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Laboratory teams to ensure testing is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory work environment.
