Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an Operation Technician to perform entry-level laboratory procedures in a USDA-licensed facility and support RP product production. Shift: Mon-Thu 7:00am to 4:30pm with Friday mornings as needed to hit 40hrs/week.

The role includes warehousing, material handling, pipetting, media preparation, and maintaining production records. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Familiar with laboratory or manufacturing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good mathematical abilities and PPE competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehousing and material handling: unload, move, pick, and cycle counts.
• Maintain in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials.
• Prepare materials for shipping and handle dry ice as needed.
• Perform other duties to support production and QA teams.
• Restock lab with supplies and update records as required.

Job description

Shift: Mon - Thurs (7:00am to 4:30pm) - Friday mornings as needed to hit 40hrs/week.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this Operation Technician is to perform entry-level laboratory procedures and assist others in more advanced procedures for the production of veterinary biologicals according to strict government and company-imposed guidelines. Assist in all areas of the production of RNA (RP) Particle Vaccine products manufactured in a USDA licensed facility.

Work Activities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Blend and Fill Team
• Maintains production records according to regulations
• Utilization of volumetric aseptic techniques
• Production of RP products for USDA licensure
• Maintenance of Vero cell line and related cell culture activities
• Assist with electroporation process
• Assist with RP harvest and formulation
• Make growth media
• Updates training record as needed
• Restock lab with supplies
• Perform other duties as needed

Responsibilities

• Performing basic warehousing and material handling activities: unloading trucks, material movements, order fulfillment, and cycle counts.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Picking/putting away product
• Preparing materials for shipping
• Working with dry ice
• Perform other duties as required

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
