The Laboratory Systems Scientist at Foresight Diagnostics will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations infrastructure as a technical SME. The Laboratory Systems Scientist will collaborate with research, development, clinical, bioinformatics, software, operations, regulatory, quality, to enable laboratory system development, implementation and maintenance. This is a full‑time position based in Colorado working standard business hours in a startup company, that will require the flexibility to work diverse schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for critical deliverables. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence & Process Engineering.
This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. This position is also eligible for additional compensation and benefits through Natera’s robust Total Rewards program, including:
Compensation Range $103,000 - $115,000
