UPMC Presbyterian Automated Testing Lab is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Support Technician, Medical Lab Scientist, or Medical Lab Technician to join our team. This role directly impacts patient care through accurate specimen handling and testing in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine specimen processing.
• Maintains instrument maintenance records as required.
• Restocks supplies and maintains clean storage areas.
• Prepares and replenishes reagents and consumables.
• Performs QA / QC procedures as assigned.
• Transports specimens and delivers supplies.
• Prepares specimens at workstations for testing.
• Prepares slides and microbiology growth media.
