Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Laboratory Support Services Supervisor for Phlebotomy at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. You will supervise daily laboratory operations and staff, ensuring accurate test results and adherence to policies to support excellent patient care.
The role requires an Associates Degree in Medical Technology or related field, with 5 years in a clinical lab and 3 years phlebotomy experience. Leadership in a customer-service setting is preferred.

The Laboratory Support Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing testing and reporting test reports. The Lab Supervisor assists the leadership team with operational and administrative functions that facilitates excellent patient care, maintain laboratory functions, and ensures policies and procedures are feasible by making compliance is a key priority.
