Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Knowledge of CLIA regulations and experience serving as a technical supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure timely turnaround of test results.
• Provide leadership and supervision to laboratory personnel including hiring and performance management.
• Monitor laboratory testing systems to ensure accuracy and implement corrective actions.
