• Oversee shipping, receiving, sample retention, and disposal activities.
• Provide input into technicians' performance reviews.
• Assist in training efforts of the Laboratory.
• Monitor technicians' abilities and personalities to optimize team performance.
• Perform other duties in a safe and ethical manner aligned with company policies.
