Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a hands-on Laboratory Technician to support its process development laboratory. You will execute studies, operate and maintain equipment, and document results, contributing to drug product process development and container closure evaluations.

You will manage samples and inventory, assist with SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and workflow optimization while adhering to EH&S and GDP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in industry or academic settings.
• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments per established protocols, including sample prep, testing, and data collection.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate lab equipment.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, and routine calibration checks.
• Record data and results following GDP and in study files.
