TALENT Software Services is seeking a Certified Phlebotomy Technician to join our Santa Rosa, CA team. The ideal candidate will collect blood specimens, follow precise age-appropriate techniques, and ensure safe handling and transport of samples.

Responsibilities include providing post-phlebotomy patient care and maintaining specimen integrity. Local travel is not required, with standard shifts in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• CPT 1 Certification is required.
• California License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Shift Details

• 5x8-hour shifts
• Variable shift start times: 0300, 0430, 1130, 1200, or 1330
• Every other weekend required
