Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Place, receive and process orders.
• Maintain lab inventory (molecular biology supplies, cell culture supplies, plastics) and rebalance stock across floors as needed.
• Prepare and maintain common reagents.
• Maintain shared lab infrastructure (cold room, freezers, incubators, autoclaving, waste disposal).
• Operate a liquid handler for automating lab experiments (e.g. transfections).
• Prepare and coordinate dissemination shipments to collaborators.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and compliance activities (pipette calibration, inspections).
• Coordinate equipment repairs and facilities issues with Facilities.
• Assist with onboarding new lab members (keys, access, orientation).
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
