Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experienced Phlebotomist with clinical lab exposure.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical lab, preferably as a lab assistant.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate routine lab equipment (centrifuges, analyzers, pipettes, microscopes).

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Lab Assistant Supervisor and supervise lab staff and resources.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with potential biological/chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
