The role ensures effective daily operational excellence in research laboratories and core facilities, reporting to the Manager of Research Space and Capital Projects.

You will support space planning, laboratory renovations, equipment purchasing, emergency planning, and the development of space standards and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelorfs degree or equivalent in education and experience (3 years related experience required).
• Masters/PhD may substitute in part for experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory operations and space planning across multiple labs.
• Support renovation projects and maintenance tracking for lab spaces.
• Assist with procurement, budget tracking, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain laboratory research space database and enable space analyses.
• Develop emergency response protocols and space standards.
