You will support scientists and technicians, ensuring experiments run smoothly with calibrated tools and documented records, while maintaining a strong safety culture.

In this role you will coordinate procurement, scheduling, and records, helping the lab scale safely as we push quantum energy

Qualifications

• Experience running a hazardous/materials lab.
• Strong procurement and logistics skills.
• Calm, organized, service‑oriented approach to scientists.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup setting.
• Excellent communication across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own lab operations: equipment, instruments, inventory, scheduling, records.
• Lead safety and compliance for lab and reactive materials.
• Procure and maintain equipment; keep shared instruments calibrated.
• Remove operational friction so scientists can move fast and safely.
• Develop protocols treating safety as enabling speed.
