Job summary

You will lead a team of technicians and technologists, manage workflows, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely processing of diagnostic tests. The role emphasizes training, performance management, and maintaining instrument calibration per manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare/laboratory setting.
• 5+ years in reference laboratories; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with high-throughput hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, urinalysis, and related analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of laboratory technicians and technologists.
• Oversee day-to-day core laboratory operations and ensure turnaround time adherence.
• Implement and maintain QC/QA programs for accurate test results and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test processing.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for deviations or non-conformances; maintain safety protocols.
