Management Performance Associates in the United States seeks a hands-on QC Laboratory Leader to oversee a 24/7 analytical operation. You will guide the team, manage daily lab activities, ensure data integrity, and partner with Production to sustain product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires a BS or MS in Chemistry with 5+ years in analytical/quality control lab work, plus 3+ years in leadership, strong instrumentation skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001, LIMS, and ERP
