Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical laboratory field is required.
• National Medical Technologist certification and TN state license are required.
• 5+ years of laboratory management experience in complex clinical settings.
• Hospital laboratory leadership experience and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience driving quality systems and operational improvements.

A leading acute care hospital laboratory is seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to lead operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role oversees laboratory operations, staff development, and strategic performance improvements while ensuring exceptional diagnostic services that support patient care.

The laboratory is part of a large healthcare network providing diagnostic services to hundreds of hospitals and clinical partners. The department includes automated core testing, high-complexity diagnostics, and quality-driven operations aligned with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
