Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise laboratory compliance, quality, and point of care testing across a broad primary care network. The role involves managing CLIA certificates, governance of laboratory directors, and driving quality improvements across multiple clinic locations in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related laboratory science
• Current MLT, MLS, MT, ASCP, or equivalent nationally recognized laboratory certification
• Five or more years of laboratory experience
• Three or more years of laboratory compliance, CLIA oversight, laboratory quality, accreditation, point of care testing governance, or laboratory operations experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise laboratory compliance program across multiple clinic locations
• Manage CLIA certificates, renewals, amendments, testing classifications, and regulatory readiness
• Coordinate laboratory director governance and serve as the organizational liaison for CLIA inspections
• Oversee laboratory quality management, quality control, proficiency testing, competency assessment, and corrective action processes
• Establish and govern standardized point of care testing practices and approved test menus
• Manage reference laboratory and vendor relationships, specimen transport processes, critical value reporting, and service performance
• Build compliance dashboards, analyze quality trends, and drive continuous improvement
