Job summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is seeking a Lab Operations support role in Aiea, HI. The position coordinates daily Lab Assistant activities, supports management, and helps maintain efficient laboratory workflows while handling PHI with appropriate safeguards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus experience in specimen collection or processing, and strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. Training provided for protocols and safety standards.

Location: Aiea, HI

Status: Full-time

Days/Hours: TBD

Base hourly pay rate: $23.86 to $26.05 depending on experience

In this role, you will:

• Helps coordinate daily operations and scheduling for the Lab Assistant team while servicing as a supportive bridge to management.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
• Trains personnel on new protocols and resolves complex, escalated communications to maintain efficient laboratory workflows.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.
