Responsibilities

• Receive, process, centrifuge, label, aliquot, and distribute specimens.
• Register patients and enter laboratory orders accurately.
• Process pathology specimens and maintain storage records.
• Support billing, reference testing, transportation, and scheduling functions.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and team members.
• Assist with report distribution, filing, and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Location: Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC)

Department: Processing Department

Schedule: 0630-1500, Saturday and Sunday required weekly, other shifts as needed. Holiday rotation required
