Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 0-2 years of laboratory or related experience or coursework.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; proactive in supporting lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of laboratory samples and reagents according to protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies; ensure cleanliness and proper function.
• Document and track sample information including labeling, storage, and retrieval.
• Support staff in conducting tests and analyses with timely prep of materials.
• Maintain a safe, compliant laboratory environment by following safety guidelines.
• Support afternoon and evening operations with schedule 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; flexible as needed.
