Senior Pharmaceutical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fladger Associates

Duties:

  • Assist in all areas of Marek's disease vaccine production, including but not limited to:
  • Performing all processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Utilizing sterile techniques at all times.
  • Working under laminar flow hoods and HEPA-filtered environments.
  • Immediately communicating any occurrences to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Maintaining a clean and sterile lab environment.
  • Completing assigned monthly responsibilities accurately and promptly.
  • Receiving roller bottles in labs and holding areas.
  • Assisting with candling and racking eggs in the incubation department.
  • Maintaining accurate manufacturing records.
  • Promoting safety and awareness in the lab, adhering to safety practices.

Working hours:

  • Monday – 7am – 5pm
  • Tuesday – 7am – 4pm
  • Wednesday – 7am – 2:30pm
  • Thursday – 7am – 5pm
  • Friday – 7am – 12:30pm
  • Labs rotate starting at 6am, with some overtime expected.
  • Weekend work is rotated, typically from 6am or 7am until 10am or 11am on Saturday and Sunday, with prior Wednesday off for weekend technicians.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry it 10 ft.
