Daimler Truck North America LLC in High Point, NC is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to guide HR policy interpretation and union contract adherence while handling investigations and grievances.
Responsibilities include coordinating with management, union reps, and partners to resolve issues, support during negotiations, and ensure compliant operations under labor laws and the collective bargaining agreement.

Our Labor Relations Specialist position is both a strategic and hands-on role. It will require the ability to handle multiple priorities, engage with our business partners and lead change. You will provide guidance to management and staff in the interpretation of and adherence to human resource policies, collective bargaining agreements, and state and federal laws. Investigate employee complaints and provides guidance on resolution. Coordinate grievance procedures; provide support during union contract negotiations, arbitrations and mediations.

Position offers a starting salary range of$104,000 - $133,000 USD. Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.
