Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Labor Relations Manager who will oversee labor relations matters across multiple facilities. This role includes advising on negotiations, managing grievances, and supporting compliance in union activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labor relations, a bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation ranges from $103,584 to $165,568 annually based on qualifications and location, with potential bonuses.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Labor Relations, the Labor Relations Manager will serve as one of the primary day-to-day leaders for all labor relations matters in Tenet’s affiliated California and Tennessee markets. The role is part of a team overseeing labor relations across seven facilities in California and two facilities in Tennessee, working closely with senior human resources and operations leadership. Under the direction of the Senior Director, the manager will help drive strategy and provide guidance on a broad range of labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation and administration, labor law compliance, and union avoidance.
