Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and interpret complex written material.
• Experience applying labor laws and rules in investigations and compliance enforcement.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license to perform compliance audits.

Responsabilités

• Receive formal and on-the-job training in labor laws, rules and procedures.
• Perform simple and routine tasks under close supervision and be evaluated for training objectives.
• Assist investigations and enforcement related to wage and hour, family leave, and child labor.
