Qualifications

• 4-6 years of management-side labor experience.
• Experience handling grievance arbitrations, ideally in a lead or first-chair capacity.
• Experience with NLRB proceedings and labor relations counseling.
• Ability to independently manage matters and maintain client relationships.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Collective bargaining experience strongly preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a Labor Associate with 4-6 years of management-side labor law experience to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated traditional labor practice while working with national employers on complex labor relations matters.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $310,000-$390,000
• Bonus eligibility
• Comprehensive benefits package
• 1,950-hour billable expectation, inclusive of approved pro bono time
