Job summary

Loureiro Contractors, Inc. seeks an experienced Labor Foreman to lead field crews across New England with a hands-on supervisory approach. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in heavy civil work.

The ideal candidate will manage daily safety, plan work with the superintendent, review hours and materials in HeavyJob, and ensure schedules are met while maintaining open communication with crews and project staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising crews and 5+ years in civil construction.
• Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• High school diploma or trade school certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, OSHA safety standards, and equipment use.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints and convey information clearly to crews.
• Familiarity with traffic pattern setups and lane closures.
• Experience using HeavyJob (preferred).
• Willingness to join the Local Union.
