Overview

• The role offers a reduced billable hour expectation (as low as 1200 per year) and an increased opportunity to work remotely.


• This is not a shareholder track position.


• The position is heavily focused on legal research and writing, requiring the ability to analyze complex issues and produce high-quality written work.


• It is a litigation position, explicitly not a consulting or counseling role.


• Litigation experience is preferred (even outside the employment context), particularly involving substantive drafting responsibilities for research memos, written discovery requests and responses, position statements to administrative agencies, demand letter responses, and motion practice.


• Candidates should have, or be willing to learn, substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws.
