gpac is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment Litigation team in San Diego, CA. This role offers mentorship, meaningful client exposure, and opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will handle wage-and-hour matters, class actions, and PAGA cases, with responsibilities across discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, alongside strong writing and communication skills, and California licensure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Wage & hour class actions and/or PAGA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse employment litigation caseload including class actions and PAGA.
• Direct client interaction and meaningful litigation responsibility.
