Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state employers is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Counsel clients on employment policies and handbooks.
• Advise on employee relations issues including discipline and termination.
• Conduct workplace investigations and review materials.
• Assist with wage-hour, Title VII, FMLA, ADA compliance.
