The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation.

The Day-To-Day

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have

• At least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation, including two or more of the following areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions, and should be able to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong skills required in legal analysis and writing, and oral communication.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
