We are trial lawyers and regularly try cases to verdict. Our Labor & Employment trial team handles complex, bet-the-company matters and has three U.S. Supreme Court Labor & Employment victories. Our experience in class and collective litigation is wide-ranging. We work with courts, counsel, and judges across our global footprint to provide clients with critical information to respond to and defend such matters. We assist clients in maintaining positive labor relations. Our group has in-depth experience structuring corporate transactions, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, trying labor arbitrations nationwide, and helping employers lead and manage in ways that fit their cultures.
The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and an extensive benefits package, including health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, healthcare and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
