Responsibilities

• Uses organizational and unit/department resources efficiently.
• Manages work schedule efficiently, completing tasks and assignments on time.
• Performs basic patient care responsibilities, including vital signs, skin care, and personal care.
• Maintains patient rooms in a clean and neat manner.
• Demonstrates hourly rounding key behaviors.
• Assists with patient admission, orients patient and family to the room, prepares patients for discharge/transfer.
