Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Labor and Delivery nurse to care for women and neonates during labor and childbirth. You will support and educate families throughout the birth process and provide family-centered nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages.

Requirements include an active Missouri RN license, BLS within 90 days, ACLS and NRP within one year of hire, with BSN preferred. Schedule includes 36 hours weekly, day shifts on weekends, on-site at CoxHealth South in

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages.
• Assist, support and educate families throughout labor and delivery.
• Recognize complications and stabilize the patient while communicating with family and physicians.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure safe delivery and postnatal care.
