Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH is seeking a registered nurse for the WACHU unit, delivering care from infancy through adulthood in a baby-friendly environment. The role involves labor, delivery, and postpartum care with extensive orientation.

The unit offers opportunities for Neonatal Resuscitation and NCC nursing certifications, with sign-on bonuses available for full-time positions and an emphasis on teamwork and professional growth.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous medical-surgical RN experience required; Pediatric experience preferred.
• Current New Hampshire RN license required. Neonatal resuscitation is required but may be obtained after hire.
• NACOG certification desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult lifespan.
• Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a four-week schedule, with every other weekend off.
• Orientation will be extensive: eight weeks in postpartum and 12 weeks in labor and delivery.
• Growth and advancement are encouraged through committee and training opportunities.
