Job summary

IU Health Paoli is seeking qualified registered nurses to join our Labor & Delivery team, with part-time or full-time schedules and a $30,000 sign-on bonus through 9/30/2026. You will collaborate with experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and advance your nursing career.

Responsibilities span labor, postpartum and newborn care, fetal monitoring, and emergency management. Requirements include ASN, RN license in Indiana (NLC acceptable), and BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year RN experience.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.

Responsibilities

• Labor assessment and monitoring; manage labor progression.
• Support deliveries, postpartum and newborn care.
• Fetal monitoring and immediate postpartum care.
• Emergency management and team collaboration.
