Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Labor and Delivery unit. The role supports healthy term newborns, mother-baby care, and high-risk antepartum and gynecology patients. The Birthplace is equipped with electronic fetal monitoring and a Cesarean section suite, enabling comprehensive obstetric care.

The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, on the 12-hour night shift. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or is pursuing one, with KSBN licensure and current BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• KSBN licensure required (multi-state accepted).
• BLS/ACLS as required by department within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to apply math for medication administration and equipment calibration.
