University of Washington Medical Center – Northwest is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for our Childbirth Center with a focus on Labor and Delivery. Qualifications
- Two or more years as a Labor and Delivery nurse.
- Current RN license to practice in Washington state.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide autonomy to practice at the highest level of licensure.
- Assist in the labor and delivery process.
- Administer medications, including epidurals.
- Support mother and baby with breastfeeding initiation.
- Assist in mother and baby couplet care.
