Job summary

Trinity Health in Mason City, IA seeks a dedicated NICU nurse to join our Labor and Delivery and NICU teams. You will deliver care to well and ill newborns using the nursing process, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and floating between Birth Center and Pediatrics as needed.

Qualifications include Iowa RN licensure and BSN preferred; neonatal care experience is highly valued. We emphasize family-centered care, safety, and compassionate support for families during the birthing journey.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license is required for practice.
• BSN degree preferred to support high-quality care.
• Experience with well/newborn and obstetric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to well and ill newborns using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within NICU, Birth Center and Pediatrics.
• Float between Birth Center and Pediatrics as needed; ensure safety and family-centered care.
