Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Marble Falls, TX. The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ years of Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with strong communication and EHR proficiency.

The position supports day and night shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Candidates will care for laboring mothers, monitor fetal status, administer medications including

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of Labor and Delivery/Obstetrics experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with clinicians.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Labor & Delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and the care team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document status and outcomes per guidelines.
