Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery in Tahlequah, OK. This in-office contract role runs from 06/29/2026 to 09/26/2026, with responsibilities spanning from patient assessment to care planning and emergency response.

The unit handles 850–900 births annually, supporting neonatal and maternal care across life spans. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience, Oklahoma or Compact RN license, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE).

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2 years of experience.
• Oklahoma or Compact RN License required.
• Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check and Drug Screen).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, kneel or crouch and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and prioritize actions.
• Develop individualized plans of care including discharge planning.
• Initiate emergency measures when physicians are unavailable.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Coordinate care and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current nursing practice and professional standards.
